Light, fluffy, airy and tasty bread, quick to make and it can be made with only 5 ingredients and no yeast. No bread maker needed.
Ingredients
500g plain flour
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
300ml milk
Method
Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add the chia seeds. Sprinkle in the baking powder and salt. Pour in the milk. Mix every thing in together. Put out the dough surface and knead lightly. Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Form the dough into a large ball and place the dough on a baking tray. Flatten the dough in a tray with your fingers. Score the dough in a large x from one end to another. Bake at 190C for 35 minutes.
Let the bread cool down for 10 minutes before you eat it.
