No yeast cinnamon rolls

This is a recipe for delicious cinnamon rolls made without yeast with just 5 ingredients. Breakfast in no time.


700g self raising flour

120g sugar

480ml milk

4 tablespoons melted butter

Cinnamon filling

50g cinnamon powder

50g sugar

4 tablespoons melted butter


Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add the sugar to the flour and mix it in. Add the milk and melted butter and then mix. Once the dough is well mixed, lightly knead the dough on a flat surface for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle a tablespoon of flour at a time on the dough if the dough feels sticky. Once the dough is needed, roll out the dough flat and with even thickness all over. The thickness should be a pound coin size. Sprinkle on the melted butter and the cinnamon and sugar onto the dough. Roll the dough into a log shape. Cut circles as thick as a finger. Place the cut dough on a lightly floured baking tray. Sprinkle and additional 4 tablespoons of melted butter on top of the rolls. Bake at 175C for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
